Due to the large number of bingo websites on the internet, there is competition between sites to attract more members. Some standards must be met in order to entice more web surfers to register. Of course, the main attraction is the possibility of winning money, but bingo website designers take advantage of every possible device they can find to attract players to their site. The site has to catch the viewer’s eye so that he will register there rather than at another of the myriads of websites that are calling his name.
Ever wonder why Vegas is so bright and colorful? It attracts those who are seeking recreation, excitement, or pleasure. The atmosphere is stimulating and pretty, enticing the viewer to take a closer look. You can be driving down a highway and pass by a small hick town without noticing it, but driving past Las Vegas is almost impossible. You can’t resist stopping and spending an hour or two there. Bingo sites are exactly the same. Check out any online bingo site, and you will see that it is colorful and visually stimulating. So, among other things, the “curb appeal” of a bingo website plays an important part in the size of its membership. The banner of the site, being the first place the viewer looks, is an excellent place to show some pizzazz.
For convenience, a good bingo website will have login and registration fields right on the home page. This enables a player to get right into his game without any more searching. Another productive method to attract more players is to show past winners, and what they have won. There’s nothing that makes a player want to get a game going more than the fact that so-and-so has just won 126 dollars playing a certain game. Bingo sites also have promotionals, such as low initial membership fees or periodical jackpots. Besides bingo, sites feature all sorts of slot and card games, such as poker or Wheel of Fortune.
To put a prospective player at ease, it is advisable to assure him that the information that he sends to the website is completely secure, considering that, to register, one must provide means of money transfer. And finally, complimentary testimonials from current members may be that last straw that convinces a viewer to register.

Bingo is a sensational online casino game. While it is so interesting to play, we need to know certain basics about bingo chat games to enjoy our time at the online bingo sites fully.
Bingo chat games are divided into three basic categories of games. They are:
· Trivia chat game
· Number chat game
· Buddy chat game
Trivia chat games:
This chat game is based on certain questions that a player must answer correctly to win. The first person that types the answer correctly wins the game. This is an exciting game. Trivia chat game examples are:
· Celebrity quiz: The players are required to answer questions that deal with celebrities.
· Pub quiz: This includes certain basic general knowledge questions that need to be answered by the players.
· Movie Trivia: Here, players are required to answer questions related to movies.
· Karaoke game: In this type of game, a line from any popular song is displayed and the players need to guess the artist’s name.
·
Number chat games:
Number chat games are pretty simple. All that a player needs to do is to choose a set of numbers displayed on the board (bingo board). Later, they need to observe the game carefully to see if their numbers are called or not. Number chat game examples are:
· 1st ball out: This requires that the players have to give a name to their chat host. Of them all, the player who gives the 1st ball out’s number will be declared as the winner.
· Lucky numbers: In this, players have to give 3 numbers to their chat host, the player whose entire set of 3 numbers tend to come out is the winner.
· Winning number: Players have to guess the number of that particular bingo ball that might win. The first one who guesses it right is the winner.

If you are trying to figure out ways that could keep you from getting bugged up and are seriously considering online games as your top priority, then we welcome you to the world of online bingo. It is the greatest online game entertainer, which is really easy to understand as well as play. But there are certain things that you should follow to play safely in online bingo.
Safety first:
Most of you out there may be really concerned about your private details being revealed when it comes to registering in the websites that offer you a range of online games. A couple of suggestions that can come to your rescue will be dealt with in this section. It is often very difficult to choose among websites that are legitimate and those that are fraudsters.
That too, these days, it is like, every moment a new site is being added to the World Wide Web. Understandably, it is never an easy task to choose one such legitimate gaming site that assures you of your security during registering process. It is always better if you look for sites that have been big names in the Internet and those sites that have good reviews. Other than this, there are some other measures to keep you safe from the fraudster sites.
Choosing the right password:
It is a very good practice to choose the not-so-obvious passwords when you register yourself. Do not make it too simple to be cracked. Most of the times, people tend to give their names or phrases, which are so easily guessable. This has to be avoided totally. Setting the strongest password protects your account. You can as well choose a nick for yourself. It does not need to be your name at all.
Opt out of third party info sharing:
Examples of third party info sharing could be the option which states receive newsletters from this site, or send me updates, etc. Opting out from these, you can always prevent spam.
Choice of payment:
How do you wish to pay your money? It is the best practice to use PayPal accounts to transfer your cash. PayPal does not require you to share your details with the website you are registering with. This protects your bank account. However, in many countries and at many sites, they do not use PayPal but there are other good options available, as well.

A recent report by BingoPort said that free bingo accounted for 31% of player activity last month while six months ago this figure was at only 3%. Co-founder Scott Logan said that it was a “huge shift in the marketplace” and that the fear is that “players are starting to expect more and more for free, causing a drop in lifetime player values”. He says the growth of free bingo causes a “constant erosion of cash from the real play bingo rooms”.
That does sound like dire news for the online bingo operators, doesn’t it? However, this just doesn’t go along with the latest reports from such big names in the industry as William Hill, PartyGaming and 888 Holdings. These companies have said they expect bingo revenue to rise more than 20% both this year and next year. This is reinforced by data gathered by H2 Gambling Capital, a research company based in Manchester, England.
In the first half of this year, William Hill has seen it’s online bingo revenue skyrocket by 50% and expects to do the same next year. Ladbrokes has announced a 30% increase in online bingo revenue and 888 Holdings has said they expect to increase from the current $40 million annual revenue to over $100 million within the next few years.
This just doesn’t sound like free bingo has hurt the industry to me. It is a highly competitive market and online bingo sites must be aggressive to get ahead of the competition. Free bingo is one of those incentives that attracts new players as well as old to an online bingo site, particularly with the global recession still having its lingering affects.

When you enter any gaming website to play bingo, first thing you need to do is to choose a username and password. Usernames range from utterly boring to utterly delicious! Choosing a username entirely depends on one’s creativity. Most of the times, we find that using our own name can be really boring. Not just boring, it is an issue of privacy. We often do not like to reveal our true names in such sites just to protect ourselves from certain stalkers.
There are certain usernames that tickle your ribs. There are also such cool names. You even wish you had thought of it. Well, choice of usernames should just be spontaneous. When you are thinking of a good username, it is necessary that you should not reveal your true name most of the times.
Let us now briefly look into how to get a good username for yourself
:
· Never ever use your true name. Most of the times, there is a possibility that your name cannot be taken as username since someone else with the same name has already registered with that name! (It is really confusing right?)
· Choose something random and fashion it into a username.
· We all are here to create a new identity for our virtual gaming self. Experiment with a cool spontaneous phrase that not many can think of.
· Do not go for names such as sweety4u, iamfree4u, etc. These usernames will hint the other users that you are just a wannabe.
· Creating a cool name has a lot to do with instincts. It just comes! Use it. I am sure it will be really cool.
· Do not opt for usernames with offensive language. Even if you really do not care about it, people who want to call you by that may not like it.
· An example of a good username could be this, bingokrazy.
·
Choosing username is just a strategy of getting noticed and such usernames when pronounced after a win should be ecstatic to listen (or see?).

Among the several casino games over the internet today, bingo is definitely making its mark. Online casinos always reminds people of the term “gambling” but bingo reminds them of friendly games that raise money for charities so many think of bingo as a “soft” gambling game as you cannot lose the large amounts.
Bingo could be re-termed as “Game of chance”. Playing bingo usually requires that the player pay some amount of money to play. There are a number of online bingo sites offering completely free bingo games these days. The prizes to be won are usually small but you can win real cash without spending a dime.
Playing bingo does not cost you much. At times you don’t need to pay at all due to the offer of bonuses by some online sites. Not just bonuses, they also tend to gift free cards. Thus you can play without paying. Not many of the other games let this happen to you. Apart from the joy you get while playing bingo, you tend to make new friends every time you play. Bingo is very much a friendly game. Users interact with each other in a very friendly manner and become friends and remain friends for a lifetime! Isn’t that awesome?
Unlike several other gambling games, bingo has a chat window, which lets its users chat among themselves even while playing. They can talk, congratulate others on winning, crack jokes, etc. In simple terms, online bingo is just too much fun. You are assured of a great time.
In bingo, one does not get to lose a fortune, whereas in games such as blackjack, etc. users end up losing large amounts of money if they are not careful. Even if you lose in bingo, you do not lose much because it costs so little to play to begin with.

Of the several casino games that you come across over the Internet, bingo is the simplest and easiest game to play. Bingo has not just created a mark in the physical reality alone. It has created a big name in the virtual world – perhaps even bigger than when it was limited to landbased bingo halls.
Veteran players can experience an entirely new feeling while they play online bingo. If you haven’t tried online bingo yet, you may wonder why you would want to you can still play it in the traditional way. Well, the answer to this is simple. There are certain benefits that you gain by playing bingo online that you cannot get playing in the real bingo halls.
Of the numerous benefits, the first thing that typically comes to our mind is the convenience it offers. You can just start playing right at your home. You do not have to go to a church or any local bingo hall to take part in the game. First of all, to play at home, you need certain basic things. They are a computer in working condition and an internet connection. This could be dial-up or broadband but broadband is preferable over dial-up since it offers a wider bandwidth thus a better gaming experience. Staying at home, you need not worry about the expenses revolving around your travel and you don’t have to get all dressed up.
Convenience moves to the next level when it comes to actually playing the games. You no longer need to handle those clumsy markers, which create gross stains on your fingers and palm. Just clicking the mouse button is quite sufficient when it comes to online bingo. And for people who are lazy or inattentive enough to keep looking at the board and marking every now and then, there is something known as an automatic dauber feature that does the job for you. It keeps checking for your numbers and marks when it has to.
Online bingo also offers addition features especially when you are handling several cards. There exists a sorter, which sorts your cards in different paths. Some sites even offer pre-buy options so you can buy tickets to a game and then not even be there to play and still come out the winner.

Many newcomers to online bingo express doubt as to the fairness of the online bingo games. They are afraid that it’s all a big con and the online bingo site is just taking their money while rigging things so they don’t have to pay out. Of course, once someone has played for a while and seen the other bingo players win prizes and cash (and hopefully won some themselves), then their doubts are reassured. Hopefully this explanation of the way things work at online bingo sites will prevent some newcomers from needless worry.
Online bingo sites use a software application known as a RNG, or random number generator. Based on complex mathematic algorithms, these applications create a random string of numbers every time the software is run. Not only are random number generators used in place of drawing numbered balls out of a barrel, they are also used to create each and every bingo card that is used. That’s why you can’t keep the same bingo cards throughout the evening like you can at the bingo hall. That would throw off the RNG and cause it to be unbalanced.
Almost all reputable online bingo sites must adhere to strict regulations and monitoring over the fairness of the games. This can be done through governmental licensing authorities, independent associations or both. The best online bingo sites will have both and follow stringent codes of conduct that keep them scrupulously fair and aboveboard in all their dealings, both with customers and other businesses.
You have no reason to fear an online bingo site being fair as long as you always play at licensed establishments but if you have any lingering doubts, choose a site that is also a member of an independent association as that gives you double assurance. Online bingo sites know that only by players winning and by them having a history of actually paying out the winnings, their reputation is built upon those contingencies. So what are you waiting for? Go play online bingo!

Even if you are not a novice to the world of online bingo, you still may be interested in finding a new online bingo site to play at. Perhaps your old favorites are becoming a bit dull from familiarity or perhaps one has shut down recently – either way, adding a new online bingo site can add some excitement back into your week.
Before even beginning to look around, you should stop and think about what you truly want in an online bingo site. What are your favorite games to play? Which features are most important to you? What forms of payment do you prefer? These are some of the questions you should be able to answer before you even start looking around.
Have this list of things in mind when you start researching all the online bingo sites out there. If a site doesn’t have one of your five most important features, then skip that one. If it does, then add it to your list of possibilities. Once you have found a few sites that meet your minimum requirements, then you can compare some of the other features that may be the deciding factors.
At this point, you can start to compare things like initial bonus amounts, deposit bonuses and requirements, number of bingo rooms, variations in side games and any extra features that a site may have to make them unique. Settle on the three most likely sounding online bingo sites to try.
Now, see if those three sites have any free bingo options so you can try out the site before putting any cash deposit upfront. This will enable you to get inside and see how the software works and perhaps even the chat rooms so you can see what kind of atmosphere there is. At that point, you can settle on the online bingo room that meets your requirements. You may even like them all enough to stick with each one!

Have you tried the pre-buy options on any of your favorite online bingo sites? This is the ability to buy tickets for a particular bingo game in advance, often up to a month ahead. This option is usually only available with the special, large cash games, probably to keep the site running smoothly as the large prizes always attract more players. A site could easily get overwhelmed with hundreds of bingo players buying their tickets at the same time so the pre-buy option was probably created to prevent these types of cyber traffic jams.
Many people put down the pre-buy options as less sportsmanlike and more like a lottery because once you have pre-bought your tickets, you don’t even have to be present in the bingo room during the game. The computer has already registered those tickets to your account and will automatically award you any winnings that the ticket may incur during the game. So now you can win big money without even actually playing the bingo game!
I have to agree that pre-buy options would be less fun because you wouldn’t be actually playing but there is a way to use this to our advantage. Many of us play at several different online bingo sites on a regular basis. Most of these sites offer the best prizes and largest cash jackpots on the weekend so quite often, we will find the best games of the week being played at the same time. The pre-buy option enables us to participate in all the big cash prize games without trying to open several bingo sites at the same time and keep up with all the numbers.
