Comparison of 90 Ball, 80 Ball and 75 Ball Bingo Games

Playing 75-Ball Bingo Game

For those who have not played bingo in their entire life, the 75-ball bingo is being played using cards with 24 numbers (from 1 to 75). Before the game, all players who want to participate will have to purchase their cards. After that the game will begin by announcing a particular pattern for which al participants must complete to win the game. The announcer will then announce the randomly selected number and the players will mark the numbers as they see them in their cards. The first player who completes the specific pattern wins the game.

Playing 80-Ball Bingo Game

This 80-ball bingo game is also called the shutter board bingo. As the name suggests, it is played with a board with small windows and shutters, and as the numbers are called you have to close over the small window of the called number. It is played using 80 balls and there are also patterns to be followed in order to win a game. Many like to play this particular bingo game because it’s much shorter than the 90-ball bingo but a little longer than the 75-ball bingo. Another difference of playing this game is the appearance of the card. It has five rows and four columns but each column has different colors- red, yellow, blue, and silver.

Another variation of the original bingo game is the 90-ball bingo. The playing card is very different as compared with the 75-ball bingo. It has no B-I-N-G-O written at the top of the card. It has nine columns and three rows with random numbers from 1 to 90. Before the game, players will buy their cards with numbers on them. Only five of the nine column space has numbers. The other four spaces have been left blank.  The dealer will then starts on drawing numbers at random and players will mark their cards if they have the numbers on their cards. The 90-ball bingo has some dynamic patterns and features multiple prizes given to each player who completes each of the three patterns the fastest. A prize is awarded for the player who first completes one line, then another prize is given for the next player who first completes the two lines, and another prize will be awarded to the player who first finished marking all the lines, known as the full house in 90-ball bingo.
